Using CHS via remote online requires the use of Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) to access the remote service. It is a free program by Microsoft that can be accessed in one of 2 ways:

1 - If you have Windows XP or Vista, the RDC should already be installed on your system. See the User Guide for information on finding the RDC and placing the icon on your desktop.

2 - If you have older operating systems, the RDC can be downloaded from Microsoft. See the User Guide for information.
