via access to highly secure Remote Servers provided by our sister company,
CHS Remote. This is not a web based program, but does require an
internet connection in order to log onto the Remote servers. Our
customers have been using CHS via remote for over 5 years and praise its
ease of use, speed, convenience, and security. Our Remote
environment provides YOU with the following benefits: ·

installations, program maintenance, and backups for you!
Also, you will
receive the latest CHS updates without having to install them.

Your data is protected and
BACKED UP. Since your data is stored on our servers, and is backed
up to other servers, your CHS data will not be lost if your computers
break down or are stolen. (You can download your data each day so
there is a backup in your office, too.)

Since the CHS software is provided via our Remote
Servers, we are able to provide you with an affordable monthly
subscription service that includes full technical support and
upgrades. This means you do not have to invest thousands up
front to purchase a comparable job costing and accounting software in
addition to paying ongoing support and upgrade fees.
NOTE: There is NO locked in contract.

OPTION 1: (higher

Option 1 Fees:

1 Time Buy-In Fee: $750.00

Flat Monthly CHS Subscription Fee:
$50.00 flat per month (Includes ongoing technical support,
tips, and CHS Upgrades)

Remote User Fees: $40.00 per user per month (up to 5 users,
if over 5, fee is $35.00 per user per month).

NOTE: User fees are waived for first 30+ days. (For users
added after setup, there is a setup fee of $35.00 per user.)
Option 2 Calculations:
1st month: $750 setup (1st month
subscription and user fees waived) = $750.00
Ongoing monthly fees after the 1st month:
1 User: $50 flat monthly
subscription fee + $40 (1 user at $40/mo) = $90.00 (per month)
2 Users: $50 flat monthly subscription fee
+ $80 (2 users at $40/mo) = $130.00 (per month)
3 Users: $50 flat monthly subscription fee
+ $120 (3 users at $40/mo) = $170.00 (per month)
...... Add $40 per month for each additional
user up to five users. Over 5 users, user fees drop to $35 per
all users per month.
6 Users: $50 flat monthly subscription fee
+ $210 (6 users at $35/mo) = $260.00 (per month)
...... Add $35 per month for each additional user if
over five users.

OTHER SERVICES |

Additional Company Files:
Must be for companies owned by the same owners as the original
company. Additional company files are issued for $250.00
each. The ongoing monthly remote usage fee for each additional
company file (over one) is $30.00 per month.
Document Storage:
PDF files can be stored on the remote servers and accessed by CHS.
The document storage fee is $40.00 per month. |
