Payroll Setup:

Set up payroll based on your company needs.  CHS will calculate payroll taxes and non taxable deductions from an employee's check based on this setup.  When payroll checks are processed, CHS will post payroll taxes due and any other deductions due to an outside entity directly to Vendors in Accounts Payable for you.  For example, if you withhold 401K or Child Support from an employee, CHS will automatically post them as  bills due when payroll is processed.  All payroll taxes will also be automatically posted as a bill due.  When you are ready to pay the taxes or other deductions to the selected Vendors, all you have to do is select them to pay!
