CHS will produce Interim Draw Requests based on the style you need!  See Options Below.

COST PLUS DRAW REQUESTS:

CHS will gather the Costs that have been posted, mark them up based on the budgeted markup percent, and produce the Draw Request for you! OR, it will gather the costs as they are, attach a Builder's Fee based on percent complete, and produce the Draw Request for your!

After the Draw Request is marked as posted, the amounts will be moved to a "Prior Drawn" status.  New posted costs will be available on the next draw request.     Please the detail-oriented customer by giving them details of the costs behind the draw request!

PERCENT COMPLETE DRAW REQUESTS:

CHS will gather the marked up costs from the budget, and you can enter the percentage to draw for each cost.  CHS will calculate the amount to draw, reduce it by prior drawn amounts and produce the request for you!

LUMP SUM (of FIXED) DRAW REQUESTS:

Sometimes the lender requires that Draw Requests are presented to them using the bank's cost categories rather than your own.  Create "Fill In (or Lump Sum) Draw Requests" based on lender categories.  Copy the categories from job to job if needed.

QUICK JOB COST BILLINGS:

CHS will quickly gather job costs, mark them up, generate a bill for the customer, AND post the bill to Accounts Receivable as an amount due.  This is great for smaller jobs that do not require interim draws request.

SIMPLE DRAW REQUEST:

Produce a Draw Request based on a Simple List of Checks for a selected Job.  CHS can produce lists of checks that display ONLY the amount for the selected job (whether or not several jobs were included on one check!)
